You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Services Offered
Get Cloud provides web hosting, domain name registration, cloud computing services, and other related services through our website. We manage our own servers, which are co-located in Tier IV, ISO certified, government-certified, and award-winning premium datacenters in Mumbai (India), Delhi - NCR (India), Chennai (India), Bangalore (India), Hyderabad (India), St. Louis (USA), and Frankfurt (Germany) operated by NTT Communications, TATA Communications, Airtel, and Amazon along with our own datacenter in Kolkata (India) for backup & internal usages. And we use the latest enterprise-grade hardware, cooling, and other techniques to maximise uptime up to 99.999999%.
Acceptable Use
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Get Cloud or a Get Cloud employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services or which, as determined by us, may harm Get Cloud or users of the Services or expose them to liability.

Payment and Fees
We charge fees for our Services, which are disclosed on the Site. You agree to pay all fees when due, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and any related Services if you fail to pay any fees when due.
Billing Policy, Service Suspension & Termination
Customers must pay all due invoices on time. If a bill remains unpaid for more than 3 days, a late fee of 20% of the total invoice amount (minimum Rs. 200 Indian Rupees) will be charged. If an invoice remains unpaid for 15 days from the due date, the related product or service will be suspended. In such cases, customers will have 90 days from the date of suspension to reactivate the service. If the service is not reactivated within 90 days, all data on the server will be deleted.
Waiver of Late Fine & Suspension: The late fine and suspension of the product or service (excluding third-party products or services, including domain names, SSL Certificates) might be waived in some special, valid emergency cases. But those relaxations will not be provided repeatedly. If you have any such cases and need relaxation, you need to contact our support team with valid reasons for the relaxation you need. Please note that providing the relaxation depends on the Get Cloud's sole internal policies and decisions. And it might vary from case to case.
Changes in Late Fine, Suspension, and Termination Policy: For the third-party products or services, including domain names and SSL certificates, the late fine, suspension time, and termination time may vary, and are mentioned in the respective terms of service documents.
Invoice Payment Alerts: We use AI automation for sending invoice payment alerts to your registered email address and phone number. Hence, alerts can't be stopped unless the invoice has been paid or cancelled and requesting such in customer support will not be entertained in any manner, but for any other queries regarding your invoices, please feel free to contact our customer support. We generate invoices immediately for new purchases and 30 days before the actual due date for renewals. We start sending daily reminders from 15 days before the actual due date for an unpaid invoice to ensure you do not miss the date. And once an invoice is overdue, we send the first overdue reminder after 2 days from the invoice due date, the second overdue reminder after 7 days from the invoice due date, and the third (final) overdue reminder after 13 days from the invoice due date. And after 15 days from the invoice due date, the related product or service will be suspended automatically, and after 90 days from the date of suspension, the product or service will be terminated automatically unless any relaxation is provided by us. Please note timeframe for the suspension and termination may vary for third-party services, including domain names and SSL certificates.
Auto Charge to Saved Credit Card and other supported payment methods: If you enable auto-renewal and auto charge to your saved credit card or any other supported payment methods we accept, we try to charge 15 days before the actual renewal invoice due date. For failed processing, we retry on a weekly basis. Please note, we do not save raw data of your credit card or other payment methods. They are stored in your country's central bank's server or the payment processor's server, depending on your country's laws. We only store an identical hash provided by our payment processors.
Service Level Agreement
